Hodo Soy Beanery products are produced locally with U.S. grown soybeans, filtered water and attention to detail. Our commitment is to make products fresh daily, without preservatives. While the health benefits of soy products are well documented, we hope that you find our soy products delicious and make them a welcome addition to your kitchen.

Fresh Products:    
Soy Milk
Our soymilk is freshly pressed daily using highly nutritious, protein-rich, organic soybeans and filtered water.
   
Soy Custard (Silken Tofu)
Light (silken tofu) custard made with our organic soymilk. Deliciously served savory with soy sauce and scallions, or sweet with our ginger-sugar syrup.
 
Yuba (Tofu Skin)
Yuba is the purest form of soy expression. Creamy sheets of tofu formed on top of soymilk are great eaten as sashimi, used to wrap fresh spring rolls, or shredded in soup for its delicate texture and subtle flavor!
   
Tofu Blocks
Medium and Firm textured block of bean curd made fresh daily in small batches. Eaten fresh, scrambled, used for grilling or in stir-fries. You can taste the difference.
 
Braised Tofu
Extra firm tofu poached in a light anise and soy sauce giving it a lovely fragrance. Perfect for healthy stir-fries with your favorite vegetables.
   
Tofu Puffs
Lightly fried, soft tofu pieces that are perfect for absorbing sauces in tagines or broths in soups. These puffs will explode with flavor in your mouth!
   
Fresh Soy Noodles
Allergic to wheat? Try our fresh 100% soy noodles. We press our firm tofu into thin sheets and slice them into pasta. Pour your favorite tomato sauce over the top or add to soup.
   
Soy Chocolate Mousse
Rich, creamy mousse made with our silken tofu, agave nectar and dark chocolate. Indulge yourself and ask for a sample. You’re going to want to take one home for dessert!
   
Prepared Dishes:    
Poached Soy Loaf
Soy layers pressed together and poached in a light anise and soy broth for subtle flavor. Perfect as a side dish or in a sandwich. Children, in particular, love this dish!
   
Smoked Soy Loaf
Carrots, shitake mushrooms, and bamboo shoots wrapped by hand in Yuba, then smoked over tealeaves and sugar for a robust smoky flavor.
   
Soy Omelette
Thin layers of Yuba folded together and marinated in a sweetened soy sauce then pan-fried for a tasty, golden finish. Perfect when eaten as a snack or chopped into a salad.
   
Satay Soy Noodles
Protein-rich, 100% soy noodles tossed with wood-ear mushrooms, carrots and a combination of peanut and sesame sauces. A delicious noodle dish for lunch at the office.
   
Cilantro Tofu Salad
A delicious and light tofu salad, rich in sesame flavor and garnished with cilantro. Perfect for a light lunch or dinner’s appetizer.
   
Tofu Jerky
Chewy nuggets of fried tofu marinated in Chinese five-spices for rich flavor are a healthy option for a snack or adding to a salad and stir-fries.
   
Sesame Tofu Strips
Thinly shredded sheets of Yuba, pan-fried and tossed with a fragrant sesame paste then topped with roasted black sesame seeds.
   
Spicy Tofu Strips
Hand shredded sheets of Yuba are pan-fried and marinated in a tangy, spicy teriyaki sauce. It gives a kick to every bite. Delicious on a Chinese chicken salad!

Braised Tofu Salad
Thinly sliced, firm braised tofu, tossed in a spicy teriyaki sauce and sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds. Delicious on a sandwich or added to a salad!
   
Kung Pao Tofu Salad
This spicy salad mixes chopped smoked loaf with a tangy-spicy sauce, wok-roasted peanuts and garnished with fresh cilantro. Great eaten as is or adding to mix greens.
   
Spicy Soy Croquettes
Our soy balls are made with a blend of several types of tofu and vegetables, then binded with breadcrumbs, eggs, and fried in soybean oil. We then add a spicy teriyaki chili sauce and a touch of rice vinegar. It’s spicy, a bit sweet and sour all at the same time!
