Hodo’s soy noodles
are a uniquely simple way to enjoy soy. They are 100% tofu – vegan
and gluten-free. We simply press our fresh tofu into a sheet and then
cut it using an old-fashioned pasta cutter. The result is deliciously
firm “al dente” noodle that can be eaten cold or hot.
